Role Description
Culture Royale Group is establishing a dedicated Treasury & Cash Management function as part of our next phase of growth.
As our business continues to expand across events catering and contract/institutional catering effective management of cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, working capital and financing facilities has become increasingly important.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Treasury & Cash Management to build and manage this function. This is a newly created position with significant exposure to management and the opportunity to develop the company's treasury framework from the ground up.
The successful candidate will not simply manage daily cash transactions. He/she will be expected to develop strong treasury discipline across the organization and provide management with better visibility and control over the company's cash position, funding requirements and banking relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and corporate finance principles.
- Experience with cash flow forecasting, bank account reconciliation, and payment processing systems.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, and basic financial modeling to support liquidity planning.
- Familiarity with internal controls, compliance standards, and risk management related to cash handling.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and banking partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
