This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager Tactical Marketing Communications based in Purwokerto, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing communication strategies, creating press releases, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful completion of communication initiatives while adhering to the company's branding and strategic goals.

• Experience in Communication and crafting impactful Marketing Communications
• Proficiency in creating Press Releases and implementing Strategic Communications plans
• Strong Project Management skills to handle timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the marketing and communication field
• Experience in real estate, F&B, or health & care industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
