Job Description

The role is expected to ensure the successful and timely delivery of SAP master data transformation initiatives by driving data standardization, governance, and execution across business and system enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Driving structured execution of SAP master data transformation activities, this role ensures timely delivery of master data milestones to support overall project timelines and business readiness.
  • Coordinating closely with business key users, IT teams, and implementation partners, this role ensures alignment between business requirements and SAP master data solutions to minimize data inconsistencies and rework.
  • Actively monitoring task progress and rigorously following up with key users on delayed master data activities, the position enforces accountability and timely completion to prevent data‑related delays impacting project deadlines.
  • Overseeing data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities, this role ensures high‑quality and accurate master data to support stable system operations and reporting accuracy.
  • Managing data migration readiness, reconciliation, and sign‑off processes, the position ensures completeness and correctness of master data in SAP to reduce go‑live and post‑implementation risks.
  • Identifying data quality issues, ownership gaps, and governance risks early, this role provides timely escalation, and mitigation plans to maintain control and transparency throughout the transformation.
  • Preparing clear documentation, data standards, and status reporting, the position provides visibility and traceability of master data activities to support effective project governance and decision‑making.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant SAP certifications or training in Master Data Management (MDM) or SAP S/4HANA are considered an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in project based or transformation roles, preferably involving:

  • SAP Master Data transformation, migration, or system implementation projects.
  • Master data domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, or Asset Master Data.
  • Data cleansing, validation, governance, and migration readiness activities.
  • Cross functional coordination with business key users, IT, and implementation partners.

SAP & Master Data Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of SAP master data structures and integration points.
  • Experience with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, or related master data objects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and migration processes.

Tools & Systems:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Familiar with data tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).

Languages:

  • English: Professional working proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent or native.
