Support the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets and projected profitability.
Oversee and guide the entire sales team.
Help ensure branch operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager.
Track and analyze sales data extracted from SAP.
Develop and oversee sales forecasts.
Conduct analysis of competitors sales performance.
Review and consolidate dealer PSI, ensuring the sales team follows through on plans to achieve sell-in targets.
Coordinate with other departments to execute and follow up on sales promotions across all dealers.
Provide the Branch Manager with sales improvement recommendations based on data analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experiences as a sales operation or business analyst or data analyst
Having understanding of business processes of sales in electronic industry is advantages
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly
Mandarin speaker is advantages
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and number friendly
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
