Responsibilities :
- Achieving sales targets and projected profit objectives.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support promoters to ensure effective in-store execution and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates in line with sales forecasts.
- Conduct dealer visits to secure monthly contracts, ensure target achievement, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Provide dealers with PSi (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data and follow up-to ensure sell-in-targets are achieved.
- Ensure the successful execution and achievement of contracts, campaigns, and all assigned store targets.
- Prepare and submit monthly SM channel reports, including sales performance, market conditions, dealer PSI, and competitor activity.
- Track and monitor daily sales activities, reporting results and issues to the SM Head and Assistant Manager (Sell-in/Sell-Out).
- Support SM business operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing sales promotion and marketing activities.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the same field.
- Excellent sales management & relationship building.
- Fluency in English.
- Have good leadership and people management skills.
- Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.
- Retail Management knowledge.
- Willing to travel.
- Vaccinated Covid 19.
