Job Descriptions:

• Support and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage leads, handle client inquiries, and conduct property presentations
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales pipelines
• Develop sales strategies and assist in sales promotions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 24 years of experience in property sales as leader (developer experience is a MUST)
• Target-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
• High organization and planning skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Will be handled and placed in Samarinda, East Kalimantan
