Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Surabaya. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in strategic planning, manage team performance, and ensure optimal execution of company objectives. Responsibilities include supervising team activities, preparing reports, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration within the organization.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing business strategies
- Strong analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other business management software
- Understanding of financial services, particularly futures, forex, and derivatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
- Ability to work on-site at the Surabaya location
