Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Product Development, located in Central Cikarang. The Assistant Manager of Product Development will oversee and coordinate product development processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising product design and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards. The Assistant Manager will also monitor production performance and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the product development cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, project management, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong skills in team collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, process optimization, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project tracking and product design.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and strategically prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Educational background in Engineering, Product Design, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the packaging or apparel industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
