Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team in PIK, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta. This role is pivotal in driving our content strategy and enhancing our social media presence, particularly on platforms like TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital marketing and content creation for some of the Indonesia's most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to meet business objectives and audience engagement goals.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns, focusing on TikTok, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct business analysis to inform content decisions and optimize performance metrics.
• Execute content planning and production, including video editing and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) operations.
• Manage TikTok boost and content creator programs to maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithms on TikTok to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to contribute to our growing team and bring their expertise in social media management and content creation. Ideal candidates should possess:

• Experience in leading a team and working at a managerial level
• Between 3 to 7 years of experience in social media management, content operations, and digital marketing.
• Strong skills in content planning, video editing, KOL operation, and video content operation.
• Proficiency in managing TikTok, along with experience in video production.
• A keen understanding of content marketing and content strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Mandarin speaking ability is highly prioritized/preferred
