Job Description:
Reporting to the AVP Internal Audit, this position is responsible to assist in internal audit process for overall function in Sun Life Indonesia including:
- Plan, execute and manage audit engagements in accordance with the SLF audit methodology and quality standards.
- Assists in developing the annual audit plan.
- Recommends revisions to audit approach, procedures, and programs where needed.
- Prepares audit issues and recommendations that adds value to the clients.
- Leads meetings with clients – on opening meetings, presenting audit findings and recommendations and issue follow-ups.
- Monitors audit findings and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Participate in management meetings to further the completion of the annual plan and departmental objectives.
- Participates in fraud investigations, as required.
- Assist the team in the achievement of the department's strategic priorities.
- Enrich knowledge through internal and external trainings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Professional accounting or audit designation/certification.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of auditing experience or combination of audit and financial experience, preferably from insurance or banking industry
- Oral and written communication English (Proficient)
- Having Sharia knowledge would be an advantage.
