What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Manage relationships with digital channel partners, including coordination of GTM (Go-to-Market) plans, KPI monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Support the implementation of customer acquisition programs through various online and offline channels while ensuring target achievement.
  • Develop and execute co-branding campaigns (digital and offline) in collaboration with partners.
  • Manage large-scale events and roadshows, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment of creative assets across all marketing activities.
  • Prepare activity performance reports (events, campaigns, and partnerships) and provide recommendations for improvement.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B partnerships, marketing campaigns, and event management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for managing partners and campaigns effectively.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, vendors, and event budgets
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across functions and teams.
  • Able to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
