Assistant Manager EI Spare Parts and Repair Sales
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Spare Parts and Repair Service sales activities to achieve revenue, profitability, and Order Intake targets while ensuring long-term customer retention.
- Manage key customer accounts and develop strategic business opportunities to expand service portfolios and increase market penetration.
- Oversee sales pipelines, monitor open quotations, and work closely with Operations and Service teams to accelerate conversion of opportunities into secured orders.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with Service Leaders operational objectives and overall business direction.
- Ensure all sales transactions, contracts, and Order Intake activities comply with company policies, commercial requirements, and risk management standards.
- Monitor order fulfillment, billing, and collection processes to ensure timely revenue recognition, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve business results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Service, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
- Prepare periodic business reviews, sales forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making and business planning.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement by ensuring risks, incidents, and improvement opportunities are effectively managed and reported.
Requirements Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Sales, Technical Sales, Commercial Operations, or a related field, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or engineering industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen and sales leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to develop business strategies and execute improvement initiatives.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines.
