Responsibilities:

The Corporate Communications Assistant Manager supports the Communications Team in developing and executing integrated corporate communication strategies across internal, external, and digital channels. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring consistent messaging, strong media engagement, and coherent storytelling aligned with the company's priorities and long-term commitments.

  • Strategic & Corporate Communications
  • Support the development and implementation of end-to-end corporate communication strategies addressing internal (employees, leadership) and external (media, partners, regulators, industry associations) stakeholders.
  • Lead or support the development of corporate content across platforms, including articles, reports, events, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Prepare key communications materials including talking points, FAQs, anticipated tough questions, key messages, and briefing documents to support management and spokesperson readiness.
  • Be well-versed in sustainability and ESG topics relevant to the company's operations and commitments, and apply this understanding in media relations, content development, and stakeholder engagement
  • Media Relations & External Engagement
  • Support the development and execution of media relations strategies aligned with company priorities, reputation objectives, and thought leadership positioning.
  • Support issue management and crisis communications by helping prepare holding statements, Q&A, and response scenarios.
  • Analyze media landscape, coverage trends, and stakeholder sentiment to provide strategic inputs on how the company can best position itself across issues, moments, and platforms.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Mentor and guide junior Corporate Communications team members and coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day point of coordination, escalating key issues and recommendations to the senior management as needed.
