Assistant Manager Alternate Channel Partnership

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholder Islamic Institution.
• Ensure all partnership activities uphold Sharia compliance standards.
• Develop business acquisition strategies & drive partner activation including campaign planning, onboarding and operational set-up
• Monitor Sales funnel performance and identify bottleneck affecting conversion or issuance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, including system mismatches or delay policy issuance.
• Track partner performance, contribution, claim and overall portfolio.
• Analyze trends and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal compliance and sharia advisory team for governance approval.
• Coordinate cross functional support (operations, IT, claim, product) to ensure smooth customer journey and business process.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field
• Advantageous to have certification in Insurance
• Minimal 3-7 years working in Insurance.
• Proven experience in partnership management or business development.
• Understanding of Insurance operations (underwriting, policy issuance and claim) is preferred
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Good communication & presentation skills for engaging partner leader.
• Ability to analyze business performance and develop growth strategies.
• Strong problem solving ability and cross function coordination skills
• Organizes, detail oriented and able to manage multiple partnership at once.
