Job Description

Requirements:

- Minimum education: Bachelor&aposs Degree (S1) in Accounting

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong understanding of Accounting Systems, Taxation, and Corporate Legal matters

- Familiar with ERP systems

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g., tax consultants, notaries, and government institutions)

Job Description:

- Supervise daily accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)

- Manage tax reporting and compliance (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, Annual Tax Returns, etc.)

- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost efficiency

- Handle all corporate legal documentation: company establishment, amendment of deeds, licensing, and business legality

- Manage business operational permits and legal documents

- Coordinate with notaries, government bodies, and external legal partners

- Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations

- Provide legal insight and support to management for strategic decision-making
