Assistant Manager - Academy

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Academy | Mumbai

Transworld Academy of Excellence (TAE) is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end learning / training operations across our corporate, academic and LMS-based programs in shipping, logistics and supply chain.

What you'll do:

Coordinate corporate and academic training projects from planning to closure

Manage our SME/faculty pool and content development

Own LMS platform administration and digital learning delivery

Drive MIS, governance and continuous improvement

Lead and coach a small team of Training Coordinators and Project Executives

What we're looking for:

3–6 years in learning operations, training coordination, or academic programme coordination

Hands-on LMS, CRM and MS Office/Excel dashboard experience

Exposure to logistics, shipping or supply chain

Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline

Certification in L&D, instructional design, or shipping/logistics (ICS/CILT) desirable

Location: Navi Mumbai, India | Reports to: CLO – Academy
