Job Description:

  • Safety - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and promote a zero-incident culture.
  • Equipment Reliability - Maintain and improve equipment reliability to support uninterrupted production operations.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs effectively.
  • Downtime Reduction - Analyze and reduce equipment downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Cost Control - Manage maintenance budget efficiently including spare parts and labor costs.
  • Spare Parts Management - Ensure availability and optimal inventory level of critical spare parts.
  • Team Management - Lead, develop, and supervise maintenance technicians and engineers.
  • Continuous Improvement - Implement continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean Maintenance, etc.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TPM / Lean Maintenance implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading maintenance teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and reliability engineering.
  • Experience in managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Ability to analyze equipment failure and implement corrective actions.
  • Good understanding of spare parts and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with EHS regulations in industrial and maintenance operations.
