Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for high-speed aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
Drive equipment reliability and performance improvement initiatives to maximize line efficiency and minimize downtime.
Lead root cause analysis for major breakdowns and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Oversee maintenance planning, shutdown activities, and equipment improvement projects.
Manage spare parts planning and coordinate with OEM suppliers to ensure equipment availability.
Develop and coach maintenance technicians to build technical capability and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards across all maintenance activities.
Champion continuous improvement through OEE optimization, reliability engineering, and data-driven maintenance practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in maintenance, field service, or engineering roles supporting aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
Strong hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling systems, preferably high-speed aseptic filling equipment such as Tetra Pak A3, A3/Speed, A3/Flex, A1, TT/3, TBA/8, TBA/19, or similar technologies.
Experience working as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Maintenance Supervisor supporting Tetra Pak equipment is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, servo, and automation systems within aseptic packaging equipment.
Proven experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and reliability improvement programs.
Familiarity with CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Experience coordinating with OEM technical teams and spare parts management activities.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
