Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with Mega Creators, Talent Agencies, and Artist Management teams, including educating them on affiliate systems and TikTok live commerce mechanisms
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering rates, revenue share models, margins, incentive structures, and overall deal structuring
  • Develop a strong understanding of Sirclo's brand portfolio and product categories to identify and match suitable creators based on brand positioning, audience relevance, and commercial potential
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of short-form video and live streaming collaborations, including planning and executing commercial calendars for campaigns, peak seasons, and promotional periods
  • Drive collaborations towards measurable sales outcomes by optimising SKU selection, pricing strategy, bundling, and content format direction to maximise GMV
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and platform teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Activate and manage Mega Creators within affiliate programmes, monitoring live streaming and campaign performance across views, clicks, sales funnel metrics, conversion rate, AOV, GMV, CTR, and ROI
  • Track, analyse, and report performance results while providing actionable insights to internal teams and brands to continuously improve creator collaboration effectiveness
  • Build and nurture a consistent cluster of Mega Creators who sustainably drive GMV growth, contributing to loyalty and top creator initiatives within the MCN ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in TikTok MCN, Shopee Live, Creator Management, Influencer Performance, Affiliate Marketing, Talent Agency, Celebrity Management, or E-commerce Brand Partnership
  • Proven experience managing Mega Creators, celebrities, or high-profile talent, with an established network within talent agencies and creator communities
  • Experience executing live commerce and affiliate-driven campaigns, with a solid understanding of affiliate platform structures (particularly TikTok) and the end-to-end content-to-commerce funnel from seeding to conversion
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming dynamics and performance optimisation strategies
  • Data literate with the ability to analyse and optimise based on GMV, AOV, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation capability and experience structuring performance-based deals
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management capability
  • Strong problem-solving skills, operational discipline, fast execution ability, and a strategic yet performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working with high-profile stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
