About the Role
You will work as a Assistant Inbound Manager where you will be responsible manage, coordinate, and control all inbound and inventory operations by overseeing receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, and cycle counting activities, as well as managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS), to ensure that all warehousing processes are effective, accurate, and compliant with operational standards, thereby supporting smooth production and distribution operations.
Responsibility :
- Manage inbound and inventory operational performance by overseeing receiving, material storage, inventory control, material fulfillment, and warehouse system management to ensure targets for productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and operational timeliness are met.
- Evaluate warehouse operational KPIs—including inventory accuracy, receiving lead time, put-away performance, picking accuracy, warehouse utilization, and productivity—and ensure the implementation of corrective actions to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
- Direct the resolution of operational issues affecting warehouse workflows by coordinating with relevant functions to minimize disruptions, potential delays, and service risks.
- Manage the utilization of labor, storage capacity, material handling equipment, and warehouse facilities based on operational needs to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and warehouse utilization.
- Analyze warehouse operational processes, identify root causes of issues, and direct the implementation of process improvement programs to boost operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and service quality.
- Ensure all inbound and inventory activities are executed in compliance with SOPs, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations, quality standards, and company policies to maintain safe, orderly, and standardized operations.
- Evaluate warehouse operational data, compile performance reports, and provide improvement recommendations to management based on operational analysis to support decision-making for performance enhancement.
- Develop, guide, and evaluate team performance through coaching, feedback, competency development, and target management to build a competent, productive team capable of consistently achieving operational targets.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in warehousing, inbound operations, inventory control, or supply chain.
- Skill & Knowledge : Warehouse Operation Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Accuracy, Warehouse Layout & Storage Management, System Tools (ERP, WMS, dll), Planning & Organizing, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
