Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager to control and monitoring back office operation, and sales activities in order to reach those targets
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Assist in the training and development of store personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in regular meetings with the management team to discuss store performance and strategize for future growth

Requirements

  • Minimum graduate of Diplpma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
