We are looking for a Assistant Front Office to oversee facilities, security and customer service. Assistant Front Office responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements. Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Assistant Front Office Manager role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Familiar with Opera/PMS
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
