Job Summary
We are hiring a Assistant Finance Manager to establish and oversee Arysun's financial operations. This role combines hands-on management of day-to-day finance activities with strategic responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax.
- Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Support investor relations, fundraising processes, and due diligence.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Implement financial systems, policies, and controls to support scaling.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced, lean environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data clearly.
