The Ascott Limited Indonesia is looking for a highly driven and strategic sales professional to join our Corporate team, focusing on Corporate Segmentation across our portfolio of properties. This role is suited for an experienced sales leader with strong business acumen, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to drive corporate account growth at a national level.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and grow corporate accounts across Ascott Indonesia's network of properties
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue from corporate segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, corporate demand drivers, and competitor positioning to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with property-level teams to ensure alignment and seamless client servicing
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance insights, and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate sales within international hospitality brands, with a minimum 3 years of experience at Senior Sales Manager level or above
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage and expand key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma graduate in a relevant field
- Willing to be based at the Ascott Indonesia Corporate Office in South Jakarta
