Job Description

Qualifications :

  1. Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as translator, personal assistant, or related role.
  3. HSK Level 5 certification is an added advantage.
  4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong communication skills, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work professionally.
  6. Willing to travel if required.

Job Description :

  1. Translate documents, reports, and company communications from Mandarin to Indonesian/English.
  2. Assist communication between local employees and Mandarin-speaking staff during meetings, daily operations, and discussions.
  3. Ensure all translations are accurate, clear, and delivered on time.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
  5. Perform other administrative tasks related to translation and communication support as assigned by the company.
