Assistant Cook

Set sail on a new career with Carnival, and help us bring the FUN to life aboard one of our fantastic vessels. We're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Cook, with opportunities to sail in U.S. waters and beyond.

You will assist the cooks in daily food production and service operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to company recipes and standards. In this role, you will support smooth galley operations by communicating and cooperating with team members, maintaining cleanliness, and following proper food handling procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring garbage separation standards are followed and carrying out additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements :

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or cruise ship environment
• Experience working in a high-volume professional culinary environment
• Strong comprehension of the English language
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
