Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Content Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Content Manager will support the planning, creation, and management of impactful content strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing content production, conducting market research, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand's goals. In addition, the role requires managing content schedules, editing written pieces, and monitoring audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Content Management
• Proficiency in Writing, Shooting, Editing, and Proofreading
• Experience with Social Media Management and Community Engagement
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for Digital Marketing and Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• A background in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is advantageous
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, Wellness, or Education sectors is a plus
