Job Description
Description
- Assist in managing daily maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Act as Officer-in-Charge during absence of Chief Engineer
- Oversee execution of preventive maintenance via CMMS (e.g., MX)
- Ensure timely resolution of all work orders
- Coordinate small-to-medium scale projects and supervise contractors
- Report progress and propose improvements
- Ensure engineering actions meet luxury standards
- Enforce fire safety and emergency protocols
- Supervise and assign technicians based on zone
- Support training and coaching effort
- Monitor utilities and support energy-saving initiatives
- participate in environmental programs such as green engage
- Min Diploma in Hotel engineering or Building Maintenance
- Having relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge for HVAC, electrical, and fire systems
- Proficient in CMMS, Ms. Office, and AutoCAD is a plus
- Fluent in English, both speaking writing
- Placement in Canggu - Kuta Utara, Badung - Bali
