Conduct critical market analysis aligned with brand objectives and translate insights into effective sales and marketing programs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and risks
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for spirits products to achieve sales targets and business growth
Coordinate and support brand programs, promotions, and activations to ensure effective market execution
Monitor sales and brand performance, prepare sales reports, brand performance evaluations, and strategic recommendations for management
Support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and follow-up action plans
Monitor and manage brand budgets, including tracking spending and controlling brand-related materials and items
Ensure administrative processes, documentation, and reporting are well-organized, accurate, and timely
Build and maintain strong sales relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain strong working relationships with overseas principals, including regular communication related to forecasts, order planning, and sales performance
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure business plans are executed effectively
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the F&B / alcoholic beverage industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
Well-organized, administratively neat, and detail-oriented
Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally
Disciplined with timelines and deadlines
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; reporting skills are a plus
