Assistant Bar Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include training and mentoring bar staff, managing inventory, driving sales, and effectively communicating with team members and guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations and knowledge of bar and restaurant service
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and guest engagement
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff to build skills and efficiency
• Sales acumen to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
