Assistant Bar Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar for an Assistant Bar Manager. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, training team members, and optimizing beverage sales. The role also involves collaborating with management to implement effective strategies for maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability.

• Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of bar inventory and mixology practices
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with team members and guests
• Ability to provide Training and support to bar staff to improve team performance
• Sales skills to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in hospitality or a similar high-volume setting is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
