About The Job Assistant Balikpapan (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description
Assist the Operations Department in daily communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Support translation tasks (MandarinBahasa IndonesiaEnglish) in meetings, documents, emails, and operational instructions.
Attend operational visits and business trips across Sumatera to support project monitoring, issue handling, and communication needs.
Assist in collecting operational data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate communication of operational requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies and process improvements.
Provide administrative and communication support to ensure timely follow-up and task completion.
Support leadership in bridging communication gaps and ensuring alignment between head office and regional operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any major.
Proficient in Mandarin (oral & written) HSK 5 or equivalent is a plus.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English ability is an advantage.
Willing to do frequent business trips across Sumatera (e.g., Medan, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Banda Aceh).
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
