Job Description

Arrange budgets and monthly operational plans based on field conditions and agronomy standards.
Develop monthly and daily work plans aligned with division targets and current field needs.
Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure daily work plans (RKH) are executed effectively.
Ensure availability and proper allocation of labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment.
Manage material requests, distribution, and warehouse usage to prevent overstock.
Oversee third-party work, ensuring compliance with work specifications and timelines.
Supervise agronomic activities to ensure alignment with technical guidelines.
Monitor harvest operations, TBS handling, and delivery for accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain relationships with employees, government representatives, and local communities.
Conduct daily postings, review operational reports, and sign required documentation.
Perform cost control and report budget vs actual performance monthly.
Manage wage payments, overtime validation, and administrative processes.
Ensure field conditions and employee housing remain safe and well-maintained.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to subordinates regularly.
Implement and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
