Asset Manager

1.Full Life cycle Asset Management: Responsible for procurement requests, goods receipt, acceptance, accounting, and SAP posting for fixed assets, low-value consumables, and intangible assets; ensure accurate asset information and process compliance.

2.Daily Asset Operations: Initiate asset transfer, scrapping, and stocktaking processes in the EAM system; regularly update asset master data (location, usage status) and maintain the integrity of asset labels.

3.Cross-functional Collaboration & Procurement Support: Coordinate with project owners to track investment plan progress, liaise with division investment leads, and manage procurement requests, goods receipt, acceptance, and stocktaking for e-commerce items from the internal mall/BYD warehouse.

4.Cost & Vendor Management: Responsible for monthly/quarterly reconciliation of network line and supplier invoices, processing payment applications, and registering and updating contracts.

5.Department Expense Reimbursement: Collect, review, submit, and follow up on the department's daily expense and activity funding reimbursement documents; ensure compliance and timeliness of the reimbursement process.

6.Other Tasks Assigned by Leadership: Proactively respond to and efficiently complete various ad-hoc administrative support, data compilation, and meeting coordination tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth departmental operations.

7.Those who can speak Chinese and have HSK certificates are preferred, and those who have worked in Chinese enterprises are preferred.
