Asset Management Officer

Candidate is responsible for identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects, the reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress and to carryout revaluation and stock take activities.

What will you do:

• Manage fixed assets: recording, classification, controlling, and depreciation calculation.
• Operate Oracle Fixed Asset Module.
• Prepare monthly reports for asset additions.
• Handle asset administration and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
• Min. 1 Year Experience in same position.
• Have a knowledge of fixed assets (journal entries, AR, AP, reconciliation)
• Familiar with the full accounting cycle and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Able to work in team.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
