Because reliable infrastructure requires exceptional talent, we are looking for a Assistant Manager for Asset Management to strengthen our team in Batam.
Your Role
As Asset Management Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for manage asset management monitoring systems and create operational asset management policies for Data Centers.
You will:
- Ensure the accuracy of all recorded assets according to the asset details in the inventory/asset management system, in accordance with the Company's asset management policies (including asset tagging and position).
- Update asset data according to location, status, user, and value, and maintain the accuracy of the asset database.
- Prepare reports on asset utilization, depreciation, asset condition, asset aging, and asset movement.
- Prepare and present fixed asset financial statements and reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for fixed assets.
- Coordinate with Operations for proper asset tagging and tracking.
- Maintain Company assets to maintain their performance and support Company operations.
- Handle internal and external audit requests regarding fixed assets
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in fixed asset management
- Develop standard references and mechanisms for asset management and recording.
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- ACA/CPA/CMA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or management
- Understand PSAK, IFRS and internal control
- Proficiency in accounting software and fixed asset management system, e.g. Oracle Netsuite
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of internal and external audit procedures
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
