Asset & Insurance Specialist

Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end insurance strategy and program management, including policy structuring, renewal optimization, and claims governance
• Ensure optimal insurance coverage aligned with asset value and business risks
• Handle and drive claims processes to achieve timely and optimal outcomes
• Act as the primary liaison with external insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk placement and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure asset data accuracy (PPE & inventory) to support risk assessment
• Analyze and provide insights on asset risk exposure and insurance performance to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across asset and insurance practices

Job Requirements:

• S1 or S2 graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Management or related background
• Insurance certification (AAIK/AIIK) is a plus
• Min. 7 years in asset management / insurance
• Background in FMCG / manufacturing / or logistic shipping is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Technical Skills: Fixed asset accounting , Insurance policy analysis & claims handling, Financial reporting & variance analysis
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with high analytical thinking , Strong negotiation & communication skills , Able to work cross-functionally
