Job Description Summary:

Maintain system Fleet Divisi Transport

Job Description:

1.Maintain database Asset di dalam system SAP
2.Proses registrasi Asset baru di SAP, pembelian asset baru atau mutasi asset dari External
3.Proses mutasi Asset baik mutasi tetap atau mutasi sementara di SAP
4.Proses penghapusan Asset baik dalam satu Perusahaan atau antar Perusahaan yang berbeda
5.Proses penjualan Asset baik external maupun internal
6.Sinkronisasi Data Asset di system Finance dan secara fisik
7.Mampu menganalisa data ke dalam Dashboard Excel atau Power BI
8.Pengetahuan dasar jenis kendaraan Truk

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/Transportation
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Fleet Management Tranport
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work well as part of the team
• Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good management and administration skills
