Lead and manage end-to-end insurance strategy and program management, including policy structuring, renewal optimization, and claims governance
Ensure optimal insurance coverage aligned with asset value and business risks
Handle and drive claims processes to achieve timely and optimal outcomes
Act as the primary liaison with external insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk placement and timely resolution of issues.
Ensure asset data accuracy (PPE & inventory) to support risk assessment
Analyze and provide insights on asset risk exposure and insurance performance to support decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across asset and insurance practices
Job Requirements:
S1 or S2 graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Management or related background
Insurance certification (AAIK/AIIK) is a plus
Min. 7 years in asset management / insurance
Background in FMCG / manufacturing / or logistic shipping is preferred
