Location: Indonesia / Philippines
Reports to: Head of Supply Chain, Overseas Region
Position Overview
This role owns end-to-end local supply chain closed-loop management for the Indonesia region, taking order demand from regional channel sales and project sales. It orchestrates S&OP supply-demand planning, inventory turnover, inbound/outbound goods management, logistics and customs clearance, and delivery milestone control—ensuring stable supply, on-time project delivery, and channel fulfillment efficiency for data communications network equipment and industry-specific equipment in the Indonesian market. This is a core supporting position for overseas localized operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional S&OP planning: Interface with Indonesian channel sales and frontline sales teams; collect market forecasts, project orders, and channel stocking requirements on a monthly/weekly cadence; conduct supply-demand balancing analysis and produce the regional S&OP plan; orchestrate stocking rhythm, inventory levels, and replenishment cycles to prevent stockouts, overstock, supply disruptions, or dead/slow-moving inventory.
- Order and inventory (purchases-sales-inventory) management: Own local order intake, system entry, order verification, inbound receiving, and inventory ledger management; oversee the full cycle of local warehouse stocking, outbound shipments, stock transfers, and cycle counting/physical inventory to ensure book-to-physical accuracy and healthy inventory turnover.
- Sales demand alignment and milestone synchronization: Work routinely with regional channel sales and project sales to align project delivery timelines, channel distribution pacing, and customer arrival milestones; proactively identify supply gaps and delivery risks, and drive solutions to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Logistics, shipment, and customs clearance management: Manage cross-border shipments, local logistics arrangements, freight tracking, and proof-of-delivery confirmation; follow through the entire Indonesian customs clearance process, including documentation review and clearance risk handling; resolve port detention, delays, and document discrepancies to ensure smooth inbound delivery.
- Localized supply chain risk control: Monitor supplier lead times, logistics transit performance, customs policy changes, and local warehousing risks in real time; deliver regional supply chain post-mortem reviews and improvement proposals to continuously enhance delivery efficiency and shorten supply lead times in Indonesia.
- Data analytics and reporting: Produce regular reports on regional inventory, fulfillment rate, forecast bias (demand plan vs. actual), and delivery lead-time performance to support regional sales operations, stocking strategy, and go-to-market pacing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; experience in overseas supply chain, planning, or fulfillment roles; hands-on local supply chain experience in Indonesia is a plus.
