Job Requirements AI / IT Intern
(Finance Industry OJK Regulated)
Education
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or related majors.
- Strong academic foundation in programming, data analysis, or systems development.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), data analytics, or automation concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, SQL, or Java.
- Basic knowledge of databases, data processing, and system integration.
- Understanding of information security and data confidentiality principles.
- Awareness of financial-industry regulations and compliance is a plus (training will be provided).
Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Willingness to learn and comply with OJK regulations, company policies, and internal SOPs.
- Basic awareness of customer data protection, confidentiality, and ethical use of data.
- Ability to follow instructions related to access control, documentation, and audit requirements.
Soft Skills & Attitude
- Strong learning mindset and curiosity about AI and financial technology.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in following procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
- High level of integrity and responsibility, especially when handling sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities (Intern Level)
- Assist in developing or testing AI-based tools, data analysis, or automation solutions.
- Support IT and AI teams in data preparation, system monitoring, and documentation.
- Help maintain system logs, reports, and basic technical documentation for audit purposes.
- Support compliance with internal controls and OJK-related requirements.
- Perform other IT or AI-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Internship Duration
- Minimum 36 months (adjustable based on academic requirements).
