Art & Creative Director

PT Broodisindo Mode Kreatif is looking for a passionate and experienced Art & Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative brand communication strategies.

Job Description:

1. Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies to strengthen brand identity and increase brand awareness.

2. Direct and oversee all creative productions including graphic design, motion graphics, animation, video, and copywriting.

3. Manage and mentor the creative team to ensure high-quality output and consistent brand messaging.

4. Collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Promotion teams to execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

5. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication strategies across all channels.

7. Develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media platforms.

8. Review and approve creative materials before publication or distribution.

9. Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing trends, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 35 years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or Creative Lead, preferably in a digital agency, fashion brand, or creative industry.

2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a creative team.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign concepts, visual direction, and creative executions.

4. Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.

5. Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.

6. Able to work with ATL, BTL, digital, and social media campaigns.

7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
