ARMO Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of drill bits and related equipment.
• Conduct mechanical inspections and equipment troubleshooting.
• Assemble, maintain, and overhaul mechanical equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Inspect and verify components using measuring and gauging tools.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Support incident investigations and diagnose equipment issues.
• Manage spare parts, materials, and consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers for equipment refurbishment, welding, and painting.
• Follow HS&E policies and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul (ARMO) of drill bits.
• Experience working in an Oil & Gas workshop.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (MUST HAVE).
• Diploma or other relevant technical degree.
• Good computer skills.
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written WILL BE INTERVIEWED BY EXPATS)
• Willing to work in a challenging workshop environment.
• Indonesian citizen and available to join as soon as possible.
