Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in retail or F&B management, with a proven track record in managing multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Familiarity with Sumateras market and consumer preferences is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple outlets within the Sumatera region.
- Ensure each outlet meets sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational effectiveness, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the head office on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health standards across all outlets.
