Area Sales Supervisor

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
• At least5 years of experience as area sales, with aminimum of 2 year in a supervisoror team leader role
• Prior experience inAgricultural sparepart & distributionis preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team, motivate members, and manage conflicts
• Strong target- and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, and strong interpersonal abilities
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel for business trips
• Willing to be placed in the company's operational area as needed
