Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behavior, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.

• Responsible for achieving the monthly target

• Customer data master accuracy

• Active Outlet

• Ensure the selling step walk by FSR

• Proximity relationship with the customer

• Monitor service level GT and LMT

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field

• Fresh Graduate are welcome or at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in bakery/food service chanel.

• Having experience in Consumer Good area

• Focused on customer service

• Willing to be located in Jayapura, Papua
