Area Sales Supervisor - Palembang

Job Description:

1. Supervise and monitor dealer sales performance across Sumatera.
2. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
3. Conduct regular dealer visits to provide product training, sales support, and performance evaluations.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities; develop area-specific strategies and insights.
5. Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the area.
6. Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance, and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
7. Maintain strong collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales, and marketing teams.
8. Provide coaching, motivation, and capacity building for the dealer network.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
2. At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorbike industry.
3. Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
4. Strong understanding of automotive retail or distribution landscape, preferably in Palembang or South Sumatera.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).
7. Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
8. Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced market environment.
