Role Description The Area Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This role oversees sales operations across assigned stores or territories, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, guiding and supporting sales teams, and implementing promotional and pricing strategies to drive revenue. The Area Sales Supervisor will visit stores regularly, supervise merchandising standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and service expectations. The role also involves building strong relationships with key customers, handling escalated service issues, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with management on market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop sales staff across multiple locations.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to maintain high service standards and build long-term client relationships.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality sales supervision, preferably in home living or linen products.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and travel between stores as needed.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools for sales tracking and planning.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
