  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned area
  • Manage and execute daily sales activities through distributors and wholesalers
  • Develop and implement effective sell-in and sell-out strategies at area level
  • Expand outlet coverage and drive New Outlet Opening (NOO)
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, pricing, and visibility compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key outlets
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and order volumes with distributors and wholesalers
  • Monitor distributor stock, sell-out, and order repetition
  • Coach and guide field sales teams to improve execution quality
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 36 years of experience in sales or distribution roles
  • Strong network and existing database of wholesalers and distributors
  • Proven experience in pricing negotiation and order take-up
  • Strong understanding of General Trade and distributor-based sales
  • Preferably from cigarette industry or large FMCG companies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area
