Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor in FMCG (Food & Beverage category)
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven FMCG General Trade Distributor management experience in Banjarmasin Area is a must.
- Food Service Channel Distributor management experience covering Banjarmasin Area will be a plus
- Strong experience in General Trade and Food Service channels
- Experience managing distributors
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in local Banjarmasin language.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Own a car and have an active driver license (SIM A)
- Based in Banjarmasin
Job Role
- Field Leadership: Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of your salesmen team, ensuring everyone is hitting their KPIs.
- Goal Achievement: Take direct ownership of Sell Out and Active Outlet targets.
- Operational Control: Oversee distributor administration, debt collection, and financial claims.
- Market Operations: Drive local marketing and promotional activities to ensure maximum market impact.
- Inventory Integrity: Manage stock levels at the distributor level with focus on FEFO principles and expiration control.
- Data & Reporting: Produce accurate daily and weekly sales reports to track progress and refine strategy.
- Field Versatility: Be ready to jump into the field and cover duties whenever the team needs support.
